Please find attached the notice for the 2014 AGM which takes place on Sunday 16th November at 2.00 p.m. in the Clubhouse.
One or two members may have received Fixture booklets with an incorrect date, so please make sure you attend on the date above.
As you will see from the list of committee members we are very short of willing hands to help ensure that the club moves forward in the manner the membership require, so if you feel that you can give a little of your time to helping with this task please offer yourself for election to the committee.
Any member can raise items to be discussed at the AGM but they must be notified to the Secretary no later than 7th November – the address is as per the notice attached.
