Hi Everyone!
Just a quick letter to pass on the information regarding some of our end of season events:

A. THIS Saturday, the 20th there is the Allendale Sports Club “OPEN” event. This comprises individual Stableford competitions for Golfers and Non Golfers alike. As members you will only have to pay a £2 entry fee and there are various prizes (including a new annual trophy) Let’s rally around our friends from the Sports Club and turn up to make this event a success –TEE OFF From 08.30.

B. On Sunday 28th we have the ever popular Forster Milburn Millennium Trophy Pie ‘n Pea (and a Pud!) lunch. Tickets from the Clubhouse or Newsagents, or direct from Sylvia – only £5 and the bargain of the century. Do not miss out!

C. With the help of funding from the “Play More Golf” scheme we are hosting an Open Day for All at the course on Saturday 4th October, between 10.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. There will be fliers in the Courant and we hope members will attend to give a hand, and maybe get some free coaching – Martin Forster will be on hand, and there will be Coffee and Hot Snacks, so please get along.

In addition to the above we have Presentation Night (1st Nov) and our AGM (16th Nov) coming up, so mark your diaries accordingly.
